What to expect after joining

Apply to eXp
Submit your application and license details. Plan on 10 to 15 minutes.
- 1 to 2 days
Application review
The onboarding team reviews your license and application.
- 1 to 2 days
Sign your agreement
An Independent Contractor Agreement arrives by email. Fill it in carefully, because errors cause delays.
- Same week
Transfer your license
Request the transfer on your state license portal. The eXp broker approves it.
- On approval
Get your accounts
You receive your eXp Passport, your eXp email (First.Last@exprealty.com) and SkySlope.
- Typically 3 to 5 days total
Go active
You are an active eXp agent and ready to start building your business.
